1. Q: What are the expected gains using the vacuum pump?

A: Using the vacuum pump for 5-7 days a week the average gains are 1-3 inches in length & thickness within 100-360 days. Permanent gains of up to 5 inches in length & 3 inches in thickness have been developed by dedicated pumpers over a period of many months. The enlargement process can be speeded up by using one or more quality stretching product(s) in addition to pumping.

2. Q: Are the results permanent?

A: Once the Penis Shaft & Penis Head are measured longer these gains are Permanent. Temporary thickness gains will diminish within a few hours after each pumping session. With repeated pumping temporary thickness gains can develop into permanent thickness gains. Some men have developed MASSIVE length and thickness gains by repeatedly pumping the penis with a quality penis pumping system. A: A tighter fitting cylinder allows greater pull for developing length while a larger cylinder allows for developing thickness. 7. Q: Should I order a penis stretching system?

A: ABSOLUTELY! A penis stretching system gives you an additional advantage for stretching & tearing tough tight penis tissue in adult males. Adding this step to your workout can GREATLY help you speed up the enlargement process. The repeated effect of forcing penis tissue to stretch to its maximum length with traction or weight is HIGHLY effective at lengthening penis tissue. 8. Q: Can the penis head get larger?

A:The penis gland or head is very difficult to enlarge.This is why it is recommended that the mushroom head cylinder should be ordered. It can increase the head size up to 15%.The head in some men swells very quickly while in most men the skin is not as expansive and takes longer to develop.

9. Q: Should I order the mushroom head cylinder ?

A: Yes, it is highly recommended. Use the mushroom head cylinder after you have pumped your penis until the shaft becomes thick & tight inside the cylinder you are using . This will focus the pull mainly on only the penis head.

10. Q: Why is the electric pump recommended?

A: The electric pump provides a more constant steady flow of vacuum pressure & thus a more effective pumping session. Fresh airflow is continually being created in the cylinder. The fresh airflow stimulates circulation of continual fresh bloodflow which is critical for maximum engorgement of the penis. You can keep the cylinder on the penis the entire pumping session instead of having to take off the cylinder & massaging fresh bloodflow into the penis as you have to do with a manual pump. 11. Q: Why do I need the gauge with the electric or hand pump?

A: The gauge is recommended so one can read the exact level of pressure to use when pumping. We recommend using from -2 to -10 inches of mercury. These numbers are found on the outside of the gauge. The object is to always use minimal pressure before increasing pressure 1-2 lbs at a time. This is the safest & fastest way to develop enjoyable length & thickness gains. Without a gauge one should pump the trigger only a couple of times & wait a few minutes before doing this again. You can test the vacuum pressure without a gauge by placing the cylinder over an area of your thigh or stomach.

12. Q: Are cylinders easy to clean?

A: All cylinders are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Made of 100% crystal clear, strong polycarbonate they come in 2 styles. The most popular style is rimless and has a comfort  cushion on the bottom edge of the cylinder. The second style has a rimmed edge on the bottom. A third style is made of acrylic and tapers smaller toward the top.

15. Q: If I am not seeing enlargement gains fast enough, are their special tips?

A: Yes, use your equipment more frequently & for more time during each workout. Try to exercise, pump & hang weight on the penis everyday for at least 1-2 hours. Always be sure your penis is warm when you pump & always try to be excited and aroused while you pump. When pumping always make sure you have a good seal using Pumpers Lube & start with low pressure (2-5lbs). Then increase 1-2 lbs at a time to the highest level which is comfortable for you. Remember with the vacuum pump you are SLOWLY & GENTLY trying to keep the penis stretched out as long & wide as possible. When stretching with weight ALWAYS start with hanging light weight & increase to hanging the heaviest weight possible on the penis which is comfortable for you for the maximum stretch. 26. Q: Should I have the penis enlargement surgery?

A: This is up to each individual. The surgery costs between $5,000 to $7,000. Some people are not happy with the surgery results. However the penis lengthening surgery can be very beneficial. The surgery cuts & frees the ligaments which attach the penis to the pubic bone. Once freed you can stretch the portion of the penis which is up inside the body. Without the surgery you cannot stretch this portion of the penis. One can use a vacuum pump and a quality stretching device with or without surgery. 27. Q: If I had the penis enlargement surgery can I use the pump?

A: Yes, the vacuum pump can be used after 8 weeks of having the surgery. We highly recommend the electric pump as it is more effecient. Use minimum pressure before increasing. You should see an additional increase in girth in 8-10 weeks.

28. Q: If I have genital implants, can I use the pump?

A: No, if you have any type of implants in your penis, do not use the vacuum pump. However, if you have implants in your scrotum only, you can use the penis cylinder. Always check with your physician first.

29. Q: If I have a blood clotting disease, is it ok to use the pump?

A: No, hemophiliacs or any individual with blood clotting disorders should never use the vacuum pump.

30. Q: Is the equipment mailed discreetly?

A: All equipment is sent in a plain box. Nothing is marked on the outside but Best Company. We generally send out equipment US Postal Service or UPS. If you are not available at the time of delivery, UPS or the US mail carrier will leave a note for you to pick up the equipment at there station. Often, equipment is left at your front door.

31. Q: Should I order a hand pump and an electric pump?

We HIGHLY recommend ordering both. While the electric pump is better for developing gains there are times when it is a MUST to use the manual pump. If you do not want to make any noise or you want to take your pump with you the manual pump is perfect.

32. Q: What is the minimum I need to order?

A: We have a $10.00 minimum order.

33. Q: What are the erection constrictors used for?

A: The erections constrictors are used for people who suffer from impotence or just want a stronger and firmer erection. Use the erection constrictor during sex. Never sleep with them on or wear them longer then 45 minutes.

34. Q: Is my penis shorter than when I was 21 years old and will the vacuum pump make it bigger?

A: Most men as they age into their late 30's suffer from penis shrinkage. The vacuum pump in time will bring the penis back to the size where you were at age 21.

35. Q: Will the pump cause impotence, or will I become more dependent on the pump for getting an erection?

A: Absolutely not. The pump will not hurt or hinder the erection. You will not become dependent on using the pump for an erection.

36. Q: Should I order the Books or Videos?

A: All of our books & videos tell or show important information regarding Male Enhancement. It can be highly beneficial for your enlargement development to learn this information to speed up your development.

37. Q: Do I need to keep ordering new cylinders?

A: Start with a slightly oversized cylinder. The cylinder should be about 1/4" to no larger than 1/2"larger in diameter than your penis diameter. Please refer to the cylinder webpage for sizing instructions. It will never hurt you to use too large of a cylinder but if you do then you will be pumping more of skin around the base of the penis than the penis itself. As your penis grows thicker you will need the next sized cylinder. This is why we recommend always having 2 cylinders to use. You will know when you MUST use a larger size cylinder when your penis is very tight and feels uncomfortable when pumping is difficult to remove after pumping or the penis head is hitting the top or being crushed along the sides. 38. Q: What is nipple enlargement?

A: Nipple enlargement can be used for both men and women. Commonly it is used simply for people who want to increase the size of their nipples. The nipple cylinders may also be used by women to enlarge or stimulate the Clitoris.

39. Q: If my balls are big do I need the penis/scrotum cylinder?

A: The large or two-stage cylinder is used for scrotum & penis enlargement. If you are planning on pumping your balls & scrotum you will definitely need a penis/scrotum cylinder. Be aware that although the scrotum can become fuller in appearance, the testicles cannot get bigger using the vacuum pump.

If you are NOT planning on pumping your scrotum you can usually use the regular penis cylinder even if your balls are already big. They normally fall down below the rim of the base of the cylinder out of the way.

40. Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We normally ship out all products within 2 business days. It then normally takes 2-4 days for orders to arrive in United States and Canada depending on the exact location. Orders to All other countries can take up to 3 weeks depending on Customs clearance & new shipping laws. Please allow up to 25 days for us to make custom sized cylinders.
