Customer Service Policy
We do NOT cancel orders.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made
due to the personal nature of the products we sell.
PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.
Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged
immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately
be sent to processing. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will
be unable to cancel an order after submitted. All overseas orders must be
shipped to the billing address. We cannot ship to a different address. If
you place an overseas order and you ask us to ship to a different address
we will be unable to do this.
All products include a workmanship warranty. If any product is found DEFECTIVE
within the warranty period please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange
ANY defective item for that same item only. The customer is responsible
for the cost of all shipping charges to us; for defective items. BestCo will
cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only. Please
call us at 619-218-5568 for any warranty claim.
Our primary shipper is USPS. Unless you choose a faster shipping method,
your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This shipping method will ship
to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Military addresses. Please be sure that your address
will accept delivery of the U. S. Mail. Faster shipping methods are
usually substantially higher in cost. Please contact us so that we can determine
what the cost for the faster shipping will be and for the charging of the
extra shipping cost. We notify all customers of the shipping date via a shipping#
which we e-mail to you if we have your e-mail address. Please give us a phone
number in your order for us to list on the shipping invoice in the event
your package gets lost.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business
days , in the US depending on delivery zone. 4 to 7 business days , International
depending on delivery zone.
Plain Box Shipping!
Orders placed before 3 pm EST Mon-Fri usually ship within 24-48 hours
unless items are OUT OF STOCK or CUSTOM SIZE items are ordered. If you place a order and the item is out of stock we will be UNABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
We will ship out the order as soon as the item(s) are in stock.
If you want to know exactly when your item will ship please contact us via phone or e-mail before placing your order. Custom size
orders are made in the order recieved and will be shipped out as soon as
they are finished. There is no order processing on weekends and holidays.
Therefore if you place an order on Friday after 3pm EST your order will most
likely not be shipped out until the following week.
